We all want that magic in relationships.

Let’s be honest.   

We all want to be liked.
We want meaningful connection. 
We want to feel loved and like we matter.

But most of us don’t get why that isn’t happening or as often as we’d
like it to.
Here’s the truth.
Humans have blind spots in communication and so do others.
It perpetuates blocks in connection and aliveness.  It gets in the way of this magic that can be felt with just another human.
The good news is it’s all shiftable.

Disconnection hurts us more than we realize.

People need love and belonging.  It’s ranked right above survival needs of food and shelter in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. 

We’re all craving to have real, meaningful, and enlivening connection and to feel understood and appreciated for who we really are.
But most communication in the world is meh, or gets the job done, or has us feel on guard.
Circling does the opposite.  It’s a practice that has you feel truly seen, welcomed, and understood.  
The practice of Circling is potent.

Have profound, heart-opening transformation…

In the practice of Circling, we learn how to communicate skillfully and in an attuned way.  Not only does it help you get more comfortable with expressing yourself, but you become more engaging by doing so.  People don’t know what you’re doing, but they know they feel good talking with you and become drawn to you. 
When you are circled, your body can feel it.  That nourishing attention regulates and transforms how you know yourself to be. It can’t be explained in words, only felt.  I know, I know…but some things words don’t do it justice. 
Romance, work, family, friends – there’s not a single relationship that doesn’t benefit from these skills and experience.
We as humans have the power to heal and evolve with each other.  This is one of those ways.  When done the way it was intended, we experience personal transformation and release, as well as feeling profoundly connected and known.

Many people state that they are ridiculously grateful they learned these skills and don’t know how they survived without it before.

Even in a crowd, feeling alone...

Loneliness doesn’t come from being alone…
It comes from feeling like you can’t be yourself…

Or that who you are and how you operate in the world isn’t understood or even welcomed.
most will go for attachment, seeking approval and recognition from others instead of learning to give that approval to themselves and being authentic.
According to Dr. Gabor Mate, 2 primary drives for humans are attachment and authenticity.  
He explained that when people are faced with the choice of either attachment or authenticity in their relationships, 
It might look something like this…
“I’m having feelings about what’s happening right now, but I’m scared that if I tell you, you’ll judge or reject me, so I‘m going to hide my honest experience, and act the way I want you to see me.“

Anyone can learn to circle.

Circling & Authentic Relating skills are very learnable.  
You can relatively quickly become the 2.0 version.
Circling teaches us how to be more of our true selves and deepen our connections through revealing our most honest experience, whether that’s our thoughts, feelings, or desires, and welcoming the honest experience of the people around us and how it is for others to be around us.  
The paradox is that revealing ourselves in true vulnerability is what deepens connections and has us actually feel more seen and understood.
Circling, over time, gives us jedi-like awareness and connection to ourselves.  
We see our blind spots –> game-changer.
